Bad customer service all the way

I have been a client with vodacom for over 10 years , Every time they advertise a product on promotion they end up not honoring their adverti*****t , Yesterday they send me a mail offering me a new contract , which I then app**** for , I then got an email confirming they had received my order REF 3Q7FPX . The mail clearly states that some will contact me within 24 HOURS . I tried calling them since from yesterday without success . Today I finally get hold of someone then I get told the special was for yesterday only and that the is nothing they can do . And the call center agent was talking to me with some sort of arrogance, This is ridiculous as I app**** yesterday and no one contacted me , secondly the mail clearly states they will contact me within 24 hours. Vodacom has become to big for thier own good , the same thing happened to me December 2018 , I tried to resolve the matter and got promises that they will call me back . This has become the norm where vodacom is concerned . Customer service is non existent and wont be surprised if they dont even respond to this
