BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I am at my witts end with Vodacom and their service. I am disgusted the level of service that I have recieved from the consultants that don’t know what they doing. I have been told that my case will be actioned urgently and 5 days I am still not able to connect to any network. I have been having network issue with all my Vodacom services and this has a resulted in risking my job as I am working from home. I have being calling Vodacom since Tuesday evening and every other day asking what is going with the data network in my area. I was told that I am not the only one that has this issue in my area and that there are 7 other people that have raised this issue. A service request was raised on only on Wednesday evening ( mind you the consultation that I spoke to in the morning say she will raise a service request and which she didn’t? which I asked should be expedited as I need work to be work from home.I have been dealing with call centres agents that are not able to help or provide me with a resolution to my network problem. I have been sent from pillar to post regarding my network issue. I am told that I should tell call centre agents what’s to do , how do I do that when this should be handled internally. I am really frustrated as I am not able to connect on any of my devices. I have asked for a cancellation of all my contracts with Vodacom without the penalties because I am not getting any services and getting value for my money from Vodacom and again I am sent from pillar to post. I get team leaders that tell me that they don’t want to talk to me after waiting in a call for over 1 hour 30 mins. Who hires these team leaders ? How do you hire team leaders that don’t people skills??? One retention consultant made me very angry she sounded like she doesn’t know how to deal with customers I am so shocked at her the way she was so out of touch with my frustration. She doesn’t know what she is doing that.

I have asked that this issue be attended as soon as possible but at this point I want all my contracts with Vodacom cancelled with no penalties. I am so fed up with Vodacom. They have no empathy to the fact that my job could be at risk because them.I would advise anyone that never take on any Vodacom products as they are customer centric and don’t understand their customers.

Thank you for your response. Kindly advise how loadshedding is the issue? Because even when there is no loadshedding I still don't have network. When you say " Normal service will resume once load shedding runs its course" do you mean that at 15h00 when Lebowakgomo comes out of loadshedding I will be able to get network? Please clarify this for me. It's not today that I have been having this network issue. Since last week Tuesday. Unless you are telling me that the technician has inspected the problem and can confirm that I will have network once we come out of loadshedding.

In my opinion I fail to understand how loadshedding is the issue. I think stage 6 was introduced over a year ago and at that i understand we didn't know what to anticipate with the network. But now I think Vodacom should have put measure in place to address the issue load shedding.
