BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called customer care at 20:16 nd i was assisted by an agent by the name kgabolimo if i am not mistaken who was very RUDE after i told her that i did everything that was i advised to do an hour before i called her regarding my WhatsApp ticket which is not working, she had a nerve of telling me that she can only refund me R20 and i bought my ticket yesterday for R29 nd she told me that because i already used some of the data as if it my fault that the ticket is not working,she didnt even refund me that R20 or she gave it to her friends, i have been your customer for 8years and i won't tolerate this treatment fro your *********** agents and this WhatsApp ticket issue it been off for 2 hours now and i make sure that i pay my bill everymonth or should i move to a better SERVICE provider who make their customer's a first priority
