Bad customer service

The worst experience ever been a vodacom customer for more that a decade and this is the type of customer service . Been calling vodacom for the last 3 weeks and every time I have been told that someone will be in contact with me 3 weeks later my issue is still not resolved and I'm still waiting on someone to contact me. I will be cancelling all my contracts with vodacom I'm DONE!
