Bad customer service
So… @Vodacom refuses to give me my number back! I am talking about a number I have not used in 3 months. 🤨🤨🤨
That time I’ve been a loyal @Vodacom customer since 2004. They tell me I can’t do a sim swap because the number is permanently deleted. I can’t even access my emails as Gmail needs to send an OTP to that number! 😳😳😳
