BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Saturday I went to Vodacom Store at Ghandi Square Johannesburg to do a swim swap. My understanding is that if you can do it on the phone free due to miss some security questions, they advise you to take proof of residence and ID to go and do at the store, I think the reason is that they have a lot of ways to verify since is the store and you also pay too.

I was assisted by a lady in a plain clothes ( Not in uniform), the lady was not friendly at all( second desk from the door). She asked how can she helped me, I explained the above(SIM Swap). He asked for the box of the phone, I never said my phone is lost for heaven sake. I said I don't have and she said, then I can't helped you, while I'm trying to explain my situation, she just called another customer. I also saw another consultant looking at her, because it was a shock. That's very BAD, considering the fact that I have been Vodacom customer since I started using a phone, imagine when we started using cellphones and all my family use Vodacom. That's BAD SERVICE.Hope Vodacom look into this matter.
