Bad customer service

I went to vodacom chatsworth on the 6 October 2020 to check my phone. A sales lady helped me and when she put my cellphone number on her system she saw i was eligible for a contract upgrade. She informed me and i told her i will come into the store on the following Saturday. I then asked her what specials they had she said so and i said again that i will come into the store on Saturday. Today i get a call from a cellphone delivery company informing me that my new cellphone will be delivered to me soon. I then phoned the store and asked what is going on. The saleswoman tried to turn the table on me and due to me been forceful she said she will call me back. After about 10mins she calls me and say THE QUOTE IS CANCELLED. Mmmmm makes 1 thinks about this so called quote.
