Bad customer service

I did an online application for a new contract on Tuesday 15 I received acall from vodacom to inform me its approved also with a email an sms reference y***.i was informed the phone will be delivered by Thursday. I was told by Melanie the phone is out of stock and I won't get it. This is terrible servise as I should gave been told about this and kept waiting. <br>
