Bad customer service
For the passed 2 months i am waiting for Vodacom to contact me regarding my account, and they just dont bother to do so. Know i stopped paying my account and still they dont phone me, i only get some sms saying i must contact them wich im not going to do. This is by far the worst cellphone network in South Africa
