Bad customer service

It seems to me that after being to several Vodacom stores in Cape Town and several emails back and forth with their customer service department that they care more about a piece of paper than what they care about their customers and in my case even my safety and life. Expecting me to rather b? without a phone while having to drive alone often than getting my problem sorted out to ensure my safety.
