Bad Customer Service
So still no luck with Vodacom...Just empty promises..Pathetic to be honest. Cant believe that such a big company can be so bad at customer service putting it lightly. Still getting nowhere, their staff make promises and don't pull through.. So over it. If you dont resolve my query within the next 48hrs i will stop all payments to you...thats fair.

19 Mar 2021, 12:08What is the point, last week i received the same response from you that a consultant will contact me, which a lady by the name of Queen did do. i explained my query and she promised to phone me last week Saturday already and she has never gotten back to me again at all.
