Bad customer service

I cancelled my contract with vodacom in April 2018, till this day i am still getting calls from Attorneys telling me my vodacom account has been handed over to them for collection. I sent numerous emails to vodacom's cancellation department with proof of payments to indicate i paid of my contract and want it cancelled but it never got done
