Bad customer service!!
My contact was never loaded properly, results in buying out of bundle voice every month! When i call to correct it it never gets sorted, now i want to migrate Vodacom want to charge a ridicules amount as penalty! Vodacom has no costumer service only want to make money!!! Will definitely think twice when it comes to time to upgrade.
