Bad Customer Service

The Vodacom after sale department is one ******** department, just because you one in a million, they do not take your needs and your opinion seriously, I took a contract with them and they ignored all my needs and they told me that I need to cancel my contract just because they could not resolve my problem. I Called all the consultant but none of them could not resolve the issue and now they want to repossess their gadgets, now our needs are ignored by them just because they are a multi-million company they do not see need of taking our needs seriously
