bad ? customer service

I think at Vodacom they no very well they were supposed to give a new phone because I bring j7 four time to be fixed what will that kind of phone do any god it's damage on top of that they borrow me Lumia this phone is way out of fashion if I lose,break i have to pay just imagine i want new phone if not am terminating the contract my final decision this coming Saturday!!!!
