Bad customer Service

VODACOM consultants does not have a little bit of respect nor customer service I called their customer care number having a problem with my data instead they told me the problem is with iPhone not them I spoke to a consultant called THANDO who called his manager PHINDILE ZEDI who was very rude and they said I’m using my data 1 o’clock at night and that time I’m sleeping they never even tried to help me I think the word RUDE is under statement when talking about those 2 gentlemen and they told me they don’t care if I lay a complaint about them I have never seen such RUDENESS in my life.
