Bad customer service

I received an iPhone x on 12 December 2017 on 25 January 2018 a green line of death appeared on my screen. After multiple attempts at trying to resolve this with Vodacom technical team with no success I booked my phone in as instructed. After that I reached out to them on Facebook. They asked me to follow a procedure which I did. ALL I ASK IS THAT THIS REQUEST BE GIVEN PRIORITY AS THE PJONE IS BRAND NEW. I was called. Y a customer agent who assured me the query would be escalated. Guess what that WAS A LIE. They are now in procession of my phone since last week Wednesday. I was assured the device would be replaced. When I called yesterday I logged a billing complaint as I do not feel I should be billed for a device i do not have. Further to that I had a solouyions expert consultant call me to scream at me about the number of queries I have made. Since when is that acceptable. Vodacom you claim your calls are recorded. Listen to all my calls, there are a lot of them and I suggest you access the quality of people you employ. Out of the millions of people I spoke too only about 3 were helpful. The females are all rude *****es 2 even put the phone down on me. As a Vodacom customer for over 18 years this is the kind of service you receive when you have an issue! I am appalled to say the least!
