bad customer service

This is the fourth review about the same issue. I even wanted to cancel this contract. I did an upgrade and was promised a free wifi portable rooter, but the phone that came was the wrong size, no sim card and no wifi rooter. This phone can't operate without a wifi rooter. If they can't give me what's right they can cancel the contract. I'm tired of complaining about the same thing.
