Bad customer service!!!

I am so tired. I have been given the run around regarding a contract.I had debt collectors that were sent to collect as accoumt is in arrears.Paid everything and there wasnt anything communicated on what happens to the account after payment is done.Suddenly I am being called by other collectors demanding money and offering a discount.Vodacom cant account for anything they are sending me around in circles when i ask how am i owing and why and this is badly affecting mu credit score.
