Bad customer service

Iam beyond upset with vodacom,they still havent fixed my problem of data disappearing within minutes aftet loading it and it is becoming a huge problem because i can't do NOTHING on my phone anymore and its very upsetting because it even goes over to my airtime. As for me asking for help through phone calls , i keep getting attitude all over infact the last one stood me up until they dropped the phone i need IMMEDIATE help please!!!!
