Bad Customer service

You are about to loose customers we as residents have been using Vodacom for many years..I work in JHB and go to my home in MP every second week.for the past 3 weeks that I have been home in (Skimming, (siyabuswa) DR JS Moroka municipality there is no network. We are unable to connect to internet). Not whole area but everyone who is in the middle of the village is suffering. When I drive for 1 km to main road, the phone start working...what is this??? This is so frustrating if not resolved we have decided to use other service providers.
