Bad customer service

When i took up a contract at Vodacom shop at Southgate mall assisted
by Mavis, i was requested to pay a R1000 as a security (gap). I'm no
longer working, so i came to a decision to cancel my contract with a
settlement of R670 i got from the cancellation department. i wanted to
use that R1000 to settle it

When i call the accounts department, they told me the R1000 was never
loaded in my account to begin with, so i must go to the shop abd speak
to the manager. The manager (Thato) told me that, they used that R1000
to pay for the arrears. I called the accounts department to confirm,
they said no payments were made and my account is still in arrears

I then called subscribers collections department, where i spoke to the
supervisor Morena. He told me my contract is not a Gap contract
according to the system and a customer only pays a deposit when he/she
is taking a Gap contract and that R1000 was never loaded under my
account

I have a proof of payment that indeed i have paid the
money which no one at Vodacom knows where the money is. I have faxed and emailed the proof of payment 2 weeks ago, but still im told, no payment reflects under my name. Its been 6 weeks now, and stil my issue has not been resolved
