Bad Customer Service

I’ve been contacting Vodacom customer service for about two months now and my query isn’t solved. And I am indubitably disappointed with the service rendered. I once blocked adult content on My Vodacom app but when I try to unblock it I was advised to contact Vodacom Customer Care on 082111 I spoke to few agents and even asked to speak to their supervisor without any success, they both advised me to visit a Vodacom store next to me with my ID book to unblock adult content, I went to Vodacom store in Alexandra 3 times and the problem still persist, I can’t access internet on my phone. Now I don’t know if they want me to port out to another service provider or what? But I will as they rent the only service provider in South Africa. The whole process is frustrating as I was in rural areas for about 6 months and couldn’t access internet and there were no Vodacom stores next to me. I think they should reverse the idea as it isn’t working for customers.

The question is why the system allows me to block adult content online but requires me to visit the sore to unblock it. I’ve been sent back and forth and if this isn’t attended to as a matter of urgency I will clearly port out
