Bad customer service

I am so disappointed with Vodacom staff from Bedford, I went to the store today enquiring about my number . First she didn’t want to check on the system to confirm she was in a rush to chase me because there was a customer waiting to do an upgrade after me , I forced her to open the system and her tone towards me was not acceptable and she showed no interest in assisting me .
