Bad customer service

I’ve paid my account on the Vodacom app with my debit card on 25 January 2022. To date this payment has not been allocated to my account and they have subsequently locked my services. I have over the past 2 weeks attempted to resolve this through the call centre, been cut-off numerous occasions, emailed various people with all the proof of payments/bank statements. Nothing. I have requested the contact details of accounts departments, managers and even this has not been provided. I do not know what else to do. I’ve paid and have provided Vodacom with all the proof. I am beyond frustrated. I am self employed and cannot work as a result of no service even though I’ve paid.

Reviewer Update
Hi, I have spoke to your subscriber collections department (when they don’t drop my call) but I issues has not been resolved. It’s almost a month later and payment still does not reflect on my account despite sending my bank statement to numerous consultants and managers, even going to my bank tot audit and authorisation numbers on this transaction.

The funds have been paid over to the Vodacom account but allocated to my account. I have been impoverished and vodacom enriched. And no one responds to our email queries.

Every week it takes 2 days to get through to a consultant, explain what happened only to get told they will speak to the manager (whom we have been emailing). Our phone lines and fibre internet connection gets cut. Being self-employed working from home this is beyond frustrating and causing loss of income. Who will reimburse me for this?
