Bad Customer Serive and *****

I took up a contract with vodacom in 2023 November and last year February 2025 they added RedMi migration for an extra R600 which I am not aware of, I have been complaining and spoke to very agents at Vodacom with no luck, they never stick to their promise, I was misleaded and they promised to send the voice recording of me agreeing to the migration to the store and up to date, they have not sent the recording, there is really no luck with Vodacom and their agents, I have been a loyal customer with Vodacom since 2015 and this is the treatment I am getting from them, this is really unfair and I'm planning to cancel my contract with them.
