Bad customer experience
I've been a loyal customer for vodacom for years. For the past few weeks they have been messing me up with unexplained transactions on my account. Today to my shock they have debited me with an amount of R 17 745.43 that I can't explain. Account number I***. I've complained on Twitter and was told my query is being looked at. Clearly my complaint has now cost me R17k for what? Can someone please help Vodacom you have lost a loyal customer and I'll never recommend you
