Bad customer experience and Service

I bought a laptop with Vodacom Chat store at the N1 city store that was defective after opening the box... I sent it back within 7 days as it was Malfuncting all the buttons were responding to a wrong instruction like pressing A then get an ********** When I got to the store two other customers admitted to have received alot problems with vodacom products and they were made to wait 3 months to even get a response/update this shocked me i tried to prove them wrong but look I can confidently say to any one looking to buy devices for spouse rather consider going to an MTN or a telkom because now I am paying for a device that might come around June and everyone on their call centers are giving me a run around including their Vodacom chat store at N1 City. This is a cry to any Service provider to buy me out of this Mess of a Company...
