Bad customer care and inefficient

I app**** for a cellphone contract at Vodacom in Canal Walk and eventually received my phone. It was not opened by me but by one of the sales staff, being the owner of the phone, I should have opened it myself.

i hadn't had the phone for 24 hours and it already started giving me problems by re-booting itself on quite a few occasions. When wanting to turn on the wifi, the button was not active so therefore I couldn't turn the wifi on, even when in a wifi zone (modem at home)

I then took the phone back to Vodacom and was offered a loan phone which wasn't compatible for my SIM card.

i was informed that they would get back to me within 24 hours, still no response. I was told that the phone might be sent to Johannesburg and I feel that if that is the case, I should receive a brand new phone that I should open myself.

Please assist me

I received my phone after it was "fixed" in jhb and had to take it back to your century city branch today as it is still broken. They have advised that it needs to be sent back to jhb and i still dont have my phone. This is shocking shocking service from vodacom. I still have not been contacted by a consultant. Very dissappointed in Vodacoms service in this regard.
