Bad Customer Care!!!
Very sad about how Vodacom treat their customers, firstly I call the customer care to get assistance and when I ask the consultant his fulls names and he is saying to me he can only give me his name(Collen) and not his surname because his surname is private I am really? Secondly I took contract paying R280pm however I am paying almost a thousand each month, I understand penalty fees and all of that but they can't amount to almost a R1000pm and thirdly when I request an airtime advance and pay it back with a Recharge voucher why m I being billed for it again and added on my monthly bill,?
Vodacom doesn't need consultants like Collen who hang up on clients and gives attitude over the phone instead of making life easy for their clients, can someone please sort out my account as soon as possible because I will take this matter further!!!
Best regards,

Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation.
Our attempts to call you back after the call dropped has been unsuccessful. For uChoose/TopUp customers the Airtime and Data Advance value must be paid within the calendar month of the request, should the customer not recharge and/or the full value is not paid within the calendar month, the outstanding amount will be added to the customer’s monthly bill for that calendar month which will become due and payable on their next payment.
