BAD CREDIT DUE TO NO RESPONSE
I discovered amounts going of my Bank account for debit orders I did not sign for. The first incident happened on 2015/06/19 then on 2015/07/01 and 2015/08/01 and 2015/08/03. It has been discovered that 2 of those cases was at Vodacom, where someone opened an account with my ID (not my photo). Ever since I discovered the *****, I send all the reports, case number from the SAPD, my statement and all relevant info.
There email (5 Aug 2015):
Dear Altea van Zyl

Thank you for the email.

As discussed today on *** I have verified that you are the account holder.

Please forward us the following documents in order to escalate the query to our ***** division for further investigation.
*Affidavit stating that you did not open a contract with Vodacom
*ID copy
*Bank statement where we debited from
Once we receive this we will be able to assist in this regard.
Regards,
Fundiswa Booi
Customer Care
eService Team

Ever since, I had NO response that this case had been attended to. I had 2 phone calls from Vodacom, saying they need the money for the contracts and that my name is blacklisted because I'm a non-payer. I need to buy a car. With bad credit that's not going to happen.
