Bad coverage
After complaining about bad reception at my house, Vodacom sent out a technician called Oratile Makuane. He tested the signal and confirmed that there is a problem with 3G in the area. He suggested that Vodacom swop my 3G modem for a 4G one. Since then I cannot get this swop autherhised by anyone at Vodacom. Speaking to the call centre tens of times and still no action taken by them.
