Bad Contract Deal
I am very disappointed with the service I received from Vodacom. I wanted to cancel my contract with them and they referred me to their retention department that is very useless and have failed to reverse my new contract that they offered me. That resulted in them putting my contact on open line. After so many calls to vodacom they have still left my number on open line and they did not advise me that the cancelation will only be effective in the new month.
When I call them they keep sending me from pillar to post. To this day I still have issues with them
