Bad client services

I went to Tygervalley Vodacom to apply for a new contract on my account I have with them, Rafeeq helped me the worst experience ever I heard he got an award but can't understand how... He was eating speckled eggs out of his draw and is more on his personal phone than helping me his reply "we don't have it here I can go up to the other Vodacom store to hear if they have stock " we're is the customer service? Can't phone to hear if they have stock.. It is the same branch? To top that the agent "a lady" who was sitting behind him asked him what is my problem "i can mos walk" she said... But as I understoodd it was Vodacom's year end function so all the staff was still drunk and tired.

I finally just left and went to Cape gate Vodacom later that day we're I was assisted with excellent service by Ernst who was very helpful and assisted me.

Please people Cape Gate is the best Tygervalley is a no go!
