Bad Client Service received from Vodacom

Bought a screen protector from Vodacom (Zevenwacht) in December 2019 - got a slight crack on the screen but nothing major - nothing else wrong with the screen protector or screen or phone. This morning my screen just came loose. I do not think that's suppose to happen (not after 2 months) - phoned the Vodacom shop where I bought it and was told directly it is my problem now. I've been a client of Vodacom for many years now and this is seriously not the way to speak to customers or the way you try and fix a problem. I will definitely not be purchasing any accessories from Vodacom again.
