Bad client service

I went to the branch in pretoria central van Der Walt Street before 1 O'clock on a Saturday, the door was closed I opened but I was turned back by the manager and the consultant saying they close the branch at 5 to 1 yet the door is written 10 clock I tried to talk to then yet the BM said they won't assist me they have knocked off.
