Bad client service

I app**** for a new contract with vodacom online. They trying to contact me to confirm online order. They can't get hold of me because I do not have my cellphone on me. I return their calls but I have to wait until they call me back, then they never call. I am afraid of them deducting money from my account and I did not receive my order yet. If this happens, I will take them to court inmediately!!!
