whe are a community in Rhenosterfontein area in Rustenburg whom is extremely unsatisfied with the service of vodacom regarding the Cell Reseption in the area dew to towers not being maintained in result to this ouer cell towers is off for more than 3 weeks now with nou fault finding or restoration of these towers up on phoning vodacom customer care service the reply is only that thy log a complaint and give you a Reference sms up on there conversation with the customer care service the reply is that it would take 2 Weeks for a investigation to be logged and for a team to restore the Cell Service from the towers
