Bad cell phone signal and bad internet signal

Hi, I am with Vodacom for the last twenty od years, The service (network) in our area Rothdene Meyerton is so bad you to go into the street to download emails and phone signal is maybe one bar. I phoned the serval times but nothing happening still up to date it is bad, One time the lady told me i beter change service provider.We are a lot off old people staying in and around Rothdene.I pay my contract money every month it is +_R1200.00 a month for poor service
