Bad Cell Phone Reception in De Kelders, Gansbaai [Vodacom]

We have the worst cell phone reception in De Kelders, Gansbaai, Western Cape. Every time someone calls you, you have to walk around, inside and outside, to be able to hear the other person. We have been promised that reception would improve after 1 December 2017, but the situation has not improved. We pay a lot of money for Vodacom contracts, but get no benefit at all. We have signed petitions before as well. How can it be that in this day and age, you can struggle to call someone. Even when my security agency is calling me, they cannot hear me. What if there is an emergency, and I have to call for help? Do something Vodacom!
