bad cell phone reception

we live in ridge street muckleneuk pretoria for 19 years. for the past 3 years we complained about cell phone reception at our home. we receive calls, can make calls but conversations breaks up so badly that you cannot use cell phones anymore. we use our landline instead. we get no response from Vodacom. chloe and danny kloppers - *** and ***
