Bad business with Vodacom

This is the worst experience I have had with Vodacom online, I have app**** for a new contract and have been approved, after just asking them to change the color of the device I have been approved for, they said that she will try and phone me back, a few days later, no phone calls received from them. I phoned Vodacom online to find out what is happening, the arrogant, idiotic Skosisana operator very rudely told me that my order was canceled and my credit score was affected during this. So I was still busy asking him questions and he decided he will put the phone down in my ear. Vodacom online, I will never ever suggest any person to do business with you, as you ruin peoples lives and doesn't have the ***** to take responsibility for your actions( or let me rather say no action). People if you read this, please don't do business with Vodacom, they will ruin your credit score and you won't be able to do anything.
