Bad bad vodaworld service.

I worked into vodacom jabulani to do a sim swap after loosing my phone.,the lady could not do it. She did even know If I would get it done. Waited for hours and left. I went into keywest the agent told me to go to vodaworld.

I went to vodaworld yesterday spoke to siyabonga sikhosana, who was very friendly and assured me it will be done by Cob on the 20th. I promised to call or text to keep me updated, I am still waiting. I have a new phone and I do not have a Simcard. I have been calling vodaworld the whole day and I am not getting through. This is the worst service ever
