Bad bad vodacom camcellation service

I have be3n battling for 3 months to cancel two contacts. I have been to a vodacom shop, spoken to minimum 3 agents at call centre as well as one of the team leaders. He assured that it has been cancelled and i will be refunded. This did not happen and this month the even took more money by debit order. One cannot trust them when they say that a query has been resolved. No on wants to take ownership and assist me properly but instead cause me major frustrations. I feel like I hit a wall.
