Bad bad service infact unreliable people

I have been nagging and nagging Vodacom repair centre to assist me in replacing my phone battery (S4 active) and the response that am getting is that the don't have any phones to lend me and no-one is coming back to me or calling me back and apologising. <br> <br> This centre's service is really pathetic and Carlo the manager is really unhelpful, Vincent is still calling me for a loan phone from last week (unreliable)<br> <br> I have been saying to them that this phone is really inconveniencing me horribly because I could me in a middle of an important call and it dies. This is a contract phone and the accessories have a warranty and still no-one wants to help me. What is wrong with the people in the Cresta branch.<br> <br> I have been calling and I was sent from pillar to post, emailed the store no response and now I have to name and shame for things to be done correctly. <br> <br>
