Bad bad service

I cannot deal with vodacom any longer. Service is pathetic. My husband passed away and I submitted all the nessesary documents. Afterwards I went to the vodacom store for cgane of ownership... They could only transfer 1 and then all of a sudden they could not do the rest...

I was transferred from pillar to post for 2 hours today and cannot deal with thus anymore.
