Bad bad service

On 25/10/16 I phoned the accounts department to change my debit order date. The lady that assisted me was helpfull but did not explain to me that if I change my debit order that everything would change. If the correct information was given to me, as far as I am aware, as set out in the customer protection act, I would have been able to make a informative desision and not changed my debit order date. After spending yesterday, half a day, I got a dispute / complaint logged and then my two lines were suspended. Phoned again and one line was activated. After phoning again to activate my second line, I was informed that it would take 1 to 3 hours. This morning the line was not activated yet and phoned again. This time I was told that it was going to take 2 hours. After 2 hours I phoned and it was said that it was going to take 2 to 5 hours. The more I asked to speak to a supervisor / manager, I was told that it would not be possible and kept on referring me to other people in the call centre. Later I was told that a supervisor would call me back, I missed the call and when I phoned the number back I got a voice recording saying that they see I have phone numerious times and need to leave my number and someone will get back. Spending the whole morning to resolve this problem, after I have been holding each and everytime up to 40 minutes, I got to a supervisor. Who told me I need to switch of my phone for 10 munites and then my phone would be active. My phone I still not active and need my phone for work. This is totally bad service.
