Bad bad network services

I have experienced the worse the vodacom SA their network sucks I have bought their 30 days WhatsApp data bundles my God it's not connecting I even have tried to open data roaming still it's not working I have called their call centre since 6am no picking up of calls jhoo iam fedup with them they are croocks
