bad bad follow up from tecnical dept

After how many phone calls and complaints about the signal of a tower out in the country side we are still not been helped,<br> Vodacom have got 3 contract phones with me and they are useless were we are staying with a tower in sight about 3km from us. Iwould like to cancel my contracts as im paying for something i dont use and from vodacoms side they dont seem to care about the problem 14 days for tecnical dept to look at the problem and its been 3 months on first complain and now 1 month on second complaint. Service is bad and there is no customer care at all!!
