bad bad follow up from tecnical dept

Well one can complain and complain and Vodacom dont even care !!<br> Its been now 2 months and after recorded every phone call on my side as they usally do i dont get response. Its easy to reply on any complain that yoy guys will look into it and that you will be in touch..... like on my other complaint and then you just leave it there! <br> Dont you guys care .... or is it that you do have dont need to look after customers! <br> I can say that youll just reply by saying youll look into my problem.
